  I’m changing platforms, away from WordPress; how do I transfer/redirect my domain?

  Hi there!

  To obtain your domain transfer authorization code, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Store > My Domains in your dashboard:

  2. Find the domain you want to transfer and click “Edit Domain”.
  3. Click “Transfer Domain”.
  4. Check off “Disable the Domain Lock to allow it to be transferred” and “Disable Private Registration. I understand that my contact details will be publicly available during the transfer period.”
  4. Click “Email Transfer Code”.

  Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  There might be an issue with the actual unlock of the domain at the moment. I’ve seen a couple reports, so if the domain does not unlock, please let me know. Our developers are currently looking into the situation.
