How to I use the option to show a 'post author' ?

  For months now? I’ve tried to use the ‘post author’ option…So that when I’m commenting on my own posts? It can easily be identified that I wrote the post..I saw this done on Chocolate Vent’s blog spot here..And even though I’ve done what she said to get it? I can’t get it..Is that something only available in certain themes? I appreciate any/all help..As always. And thanks in advance

  Hi there – I see your byline is showing on your blog now; all posts say Posted By bernasvibe. If you want to change your display name so it says “Posted by Berna” or whatever, you can do in Users->My Profile here:
  https://bernasvibethewayiseeit.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-editor

  You’ll want to change the ‘Display name publicly as’ field.
