How do I implement the dropdown menues on my site?
Go to Menus and choose your blog. To make dropdown menu for the menu item, let’s say, “Breath and Mind”, click the + button ahead of it and select “Add menu item to children”.
This new menu item will become the child/dropdown of the parent “Breath and Mind”.

Simplest way would be to add a text widget to your sidebar, and add this code to it:
<a href="http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&u=https://karunalifeforce.wordpress.com"><img src="http://free-website-translation.com/img/fwt_button_en.gif" alt="Translate" /></a>When clicked, if your page is already in English, Google will notify you and there will be an option to translate it to another language. Note that you can change the image source to any other image you like.

Can you give some more information? Do you want your site’s heading/tagline to appear in the sidebar? You can add a text widget for that and include the headline there.
Or, if you want the list of your recent posts in the sidebar, you can add the Recent Posts widget.
