How to import a pdf of doc file without the formatting getting all messed up

    Hey I am trying to upload some permits from my town onto my blog and for the life of me I cant get them to format properly. I tried cut and paste, I tried the importing as a word file, still isn’t working. Have any ideas? Its got lots of tables and I need them to upload intact. Thanks:)

    One solution would of course be to upload your .pdf or .doc documents as they are and allow your visitors to download them.

    If you wish to include the content directly in your posts or pages, and the document includes lot of tables, one solution wool deb to first save it in HTML from Word, then open the HTML document, copy the part that you want to insert in your blog, then paste it in the WordPress.com editor, but in HTML mode.
