How to Import blog followers , Facebook Likes and Stats to new site.

  Hi There,
  I have recently shifted my blog from wordpress.com to self hosted site. I want to import my blog followers , facebook likes , Website stats extra. How can achieve this. The new website is http://ironbuttz.com and http://ironbuttz.wordpress.com in wordpress.com. I have installed jetpack plugin and connected to wordpress.com. Kindly help me out with this.

  Let me know if you need a hand along the way.

  If you give me permission, I can merge the stats from your WordPress.com site into your Jetpack, self-hosted site. It’s non-reversible, so I need your confirmation, and I’ll take care of that asap.

  Hi Thanks alot. But you have a widget over the bottom of every post, for sharing. Which widget is this? Can i have that widget on the page, and also i need a follow button at bottom like wordpress.com site. How can we achieve this via jetpack?

  Hi there,

  In your WordPress.org site, if you first enable Sharing in Jetpack and then go to Settings >> Sharing, you’ll find the section wherein you can enable the sharing buttons for each of your posts.

  In regards to the follow button, there is no such button on WordPress.org sites, however you can have a Subscribe box where users can follow your site that way. That is available in the Jetpack module.

  Hi. Thanks. Regarding followers Iam getting only 1 follower on my site, but i was having more than 400 followers. how can we get them back?

  That’s very strange! It looks like the migration didn’t complete correctly previously. I have redone it now and all of the followers do appear to have been migrated to your new site.
