How to import frm main site for to new site to test chages

I need to know how to import the data from my old website to the test site. When I was setting up the test site, ot gave me the option to import from another website. I skipped it because I made some mistakes with Divi Builder and need to get them fixed before I can import the data from the old site. I asked the help bot how to do this and it sent me a link but when I clicked on it, I got a 404 error page not found.
