How to import from SquareSpace

  So I have a Squarespace 6 site, and I want to switch to WordPress. I am currently using WordPress.com and not WordPress.org, and I was wondering how to do this with WordPress.com. I have the export .xml file from Squarespace, so how do I import .xml files into WordPress? Thanks,
