How to import hosted WP feed into WP.com site?

    I recently managed to recover control over my of old 2006 blog at http;//globalsense.wordpress.com. Now I have a new issue….

    I want my wordpress.com website (above) to display the posts at my hosted WordPress installation at http://hokuhouse.com. How do I do this?

    In essence, I want to post once at my hosted hokuhouse site and have the posts appear automatically at my WordPress.com site. I want to avoid having to post things twice, once in each place.

    I believe this can be done, perhaps by accessing the RSS/XML feed, but i could be mistaken in this. Perhaps there is a plugin to do the job? Frankly, I do not know how to do what I want to do.

    Your how-to wisdom will be appreciated!
