How to import joomla users and passwords into new wordpress site

  Ive decided to run my recipe site as wordpress instead of joomla. But I have about 50 registered users, and Id like to import them. Ive noticed that their passwords are all decrypted in the database. Is there a way of importing them including their passwords?

  Ok, im assuming it must be done on the wordpress.org site. Thanx for your guidance.
