How to import my followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

  I wish to import followers from my wordpress.com account (kmihir.wordpress.com) to wordpress.org (http://kmihir.com). How should I proceed? I already have Jetpak plugin installed but I can’t figure out how to import likes and followers.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can move your subscribers with the help of the Jetpack plugin.

  In more details:

  Follow the installation instructions on the Jetpack site. There is also an installation video.

  After the installation, go to Jetpack’s settings (in the plugins menu) and activate the Subscriptions module.

  Finally, follow this guide to migrate your subscribers.

  If any of the above looks confusing you can contact the Support Staff directly and they will move your subscribers for you.
