How to import posts froma SimplePHPBlog????

  Can someone please tell me how I can import my posts from a SimplePHPBlog into wordpress??? I have tried the options in the import section, but am having no luck. Any suggestions would be helpful.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
