You can’t. Pages you create are static and sit outside the blog structure. You cannot post to pages or put “posts” on pages. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/06/30/posts-on-pages/
Your only option would be to assign all the posts in the site you want to import to a new unique category. You could then put that category in your top navigation by creating a custom menu. All those posts would show up in the main posts page along with all other posts, but you would have a way of getting a separate listing of them via the category.
You could if you wished also create a static front page for your site instead of having the “posts” page be your main page and then have a category assigned to each bunch of posts from the other sites.

Another idea would be create a custom menu, as thesacredpath suggested, but instead of categories, you could just add a link directly to the other site as a custom link, which you could then label appropriately and add to your menu.
For a self-hosted WordPress.org site such as http://redeemingdreams.com, another idea would be to pull in your feed through a plugin. You could use a plugin like FeedWordPress to pull the posts from the blog and display them in a sidebar, or potentially elsewhere, on the site. (That plugin can be found at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/feedwordpress/ )
If you want more ideas for how to modify your self-hosted site or assistance with any plugins, you should probably post your questions in the WordPress.org forums, http://wordpress.org/support/

I’ve also seen people with THREE blogs: one is just one single static page with a welcome message and links (either in the header or in the content) to each of the other two blogs. They are totally separate, but if they all use the same theme, it looks like they’re all on one site.
I’m not 100% sure, but you might also be able to use a Custom Domain to have a custom domain on one site and use a subdomain of that domain on the second, so one blog would be Whatever.com and the other would be something like Blog.Whatever.com.

I did post this on wordpress.org immediately after here, when I realized i should have done it there, but I haven’t gotten any response. And they always talk like robots on those boards! I have no idea what they are even talking about.
