How to import subscribers and statistics from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

I just spent my blogs to a new server, I export all data less statistics and subscribers, how I can fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and posted the relevant URL(s) into this forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.

2. before hacerdiscipulos.wordpress.com, now http://hacerdiscipulos.com/

The subscribers and stats have been moved as requested for both of your blogs to their new counterparts.
Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.
