how to import templates in wordpress?

  I have a custom template but i dont know how to bring it in to my wordpress themes to start using it.

  How is this done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is not done at WordPress.com. External themes can only be applied to independently-hosted blogs using software from WordPress.ORG instead.

  Please:

  a) don’t hijack threads with unrelated issues

  b) do a search of the forum and support documents. That question has been asked and answered many times.

  If you are talking about the title that appears at the top of your blog page, settings > general in your dashboard. Title and tagline.
