How to include a Poutsch plugin in a wordpress.com article ?

  Hello,

  I would like to include this plugin in : http://wordpress.org/plugins/poutsch/ in order to ask questions to my readers in my articles.
  When I follow the steps to upload it, I realize that I don’t have the Install Plugins page in my dashboard. I have a wordpress.com blog and not a wordpress.org.

  Is there any way to upload this plugin all the same ?

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  If you require plugins then you have to hire a web host, set up your self hosted WordPress.org install and move your content into it.
