how to include posts in pages

  Hi,
  I con’t if it is possible to have posts in pages because my blog has 2 pages for translations but I don’t know how to include different posts separately. Instead I had to update from my last post which means that they appear on the same page (and share the same “leave a comment”).
  Pls help me solve this problem.
