How to include the post image so that when followers get the email, they can see

  For all the followers that get an email when I publish a new post, the image that is part of the post never seems to go with it.

  How can I get the image of the post to be included in the email that goes out?

  Hi there. We have no direct control over email notifications for new posts. I subscribe to my own blog via email so I can check the email notifications, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen an image appear in one of them.

  The only way I know of to make sure the email displays images is to change your feed settings under Settings ->Reading to display the full post rather than a summary, but then it will display the full post in the Reader and other RSS feeds as well.
