how to increase Chinese font-family?

    I want to change my website font-type and using Chinese font type.
    how can I do?
    I try to use this CSS but didn’t work.

    Hi there, we cannot add fonts from outside of WordPress.com. What we have available is at Customize > Fonts. Unfortunately the number of web fonts that have Chinese characters in them is limited. We are continually looking at new fonts and other sources of fonts to get more international support, but with the font suppliers, the progress on adding new language character sets is less than ideal.

    When using a custom web font, your browser has to download the font from the font server. Sometimes there can be a delay, and if we delay loading of the web page until your browser has that font, it can leave visitors staring at a blank screen for too long, so we made the choice to go ahead and start the page loading and then add the font in when it was available in your browser. This is something we are aware of and are continuing to look at ways to minimize this font switching.
