How to increase font size?

    The default font size of content published on my current theme is too small and my readers often complain that they feel strain on their eyes to read the posts on my blog. Since, there is no formatting tool available to customize the CSS of this wordpress theme, I am unable to increase font size of the content. However, I prefer this theme to continue. Could you please suggest how to increase the font size of the contents on my blog?

    I have vision problems and the theme I use, I couldn’t read alot of it. So everything I write I put the tags:

    < strong > YOUR TEXT < / strong >

    That makes the text darker.

    Viewers can also adjust the size of the text using the Ctrl-Plus Key on their keyboard.
