How to increase my website load speed?

    Hi there,
    One of my friends have told me that the load speed rate depends on my host?
    Is this correct?
    I really want to improve my website speed load rate on mobile and PC devices.
    Just wondering if anyone can tell me what i need to do to increase my website load speed? If i need to change my host, how do i do that?

    It can! It depends on a number of factors, from host speed to caching options to how much stuff you’re trying to pack into one page load.

    One thing I want to point out though is that these forums are just for sites hosted here, like buddhabassment.wordpress.com.
