This would require using custom CSS to override the styling of the theme you’re using. Custom CSS is available in our Premium Plan and higher:

Not sure what you mean here. Are you saying it doesn’t work if you try to scroll the editor sidebar? You shouldn’t need to see the browser scroll bar in order to scroll, and I’m able to scroll using my mouse in the page editor without any issues. If it’s not working for you, it might indicate a problem in your browser itself.
