How to increase Text Size in the comment Box??

Can somebody help me out to increase the text size in the comment box. The text that appears in the comment box of my blog are to small to read comfortably.
As well how to put customize instructions to my viewers about the instruction of leaving comment in the top of the commentbox?
Please help me out..

I happen to believe you are in the wrong forum, though Im sure it isn’t hard to change comment size, I re-decorated my comments box to be quite big and have large letters with a red submit button that turns black when you click on it.

Actually they have the domain mapping and their blog is here at .COM.
The text in the comment box can be made larger, but it requires the paid CSS upgrade and some knowledge of CSS to accomplish it.
As far as adding text above the comment box, that would require access to the underlying theme files, and we do not have access to those. We all share the same files, so any change made by one blogger would effect all other bloggers using that particular theme.
