  i have tried to get a flag counter thing for my blog. It gsve me some code were to I input this?

  You need to copy and paste the HTML code from the counter into a text widget:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/

  Bear in mind that you can only use HTML code here, not Javascript or it won’t work.
