How to insert a "Leave a Response" within a Text Widget?

  How insert “leave a reply box” within a text widgets? On the side bar I have a Text box with a question that I want readers to be able to answer, which I assume will be in a leave a reply box. How do I insert the latter in the former?

  Hi there!

  Probably your best option here is to put a contact form into you text widget. Here’s the shortcode references for contact forms, just input the parts you want into your text widget.
