How to insert a raised asterik?
-
How do I add a superscript asterik at the end of a sentence? I can add one using Special Characters but it isn’t raised. I feel like I did this once before but now I can’t remember how I did it!
Thanks. :)

Hi there,
By default, asterisk is added at the superscript position. You need to simply append asterisk to any word.
If this doesn’t work for you then you can add superscript tag.
– Edit the post
– Switch to HTML editor from Visual Editor
– Append*at the end of the sentence.
– Click UpdateLet me know if this works for you :)

Man, I feel like an idiot! 😳 For some reason, I thought that I had to default to WP’s special characters instead of just creating an asterik the obvious way: on my keyboard. Hello … McFly!!
Sorry. This wasn’t one of my shining displays of intelligence. 😬
Must have been tired. (Have to give some excuse.)
Thanks, anyway.

Don’t be sorry. We all are learning here. I love mistakes as when I learn from them I never forget :)
Glad to know things worked for you!
