  arghhh can anyone help me?!!! i’ve tried all method but the header didn’t animate, last method i’ve tried is using *gif but it doesn’t move at all!! please somebody help me!!! i’m so desprated!!

  As far as I know you can’t have an animated header at all on WordPress.com.
