Hello there, That looks to be javascript, which users are not allowed to add on their WordPressdotcom sites. Please see this https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/#javascript
As far as monetizing your WordPressdotcom site, you’ll want to review this Support doc which explains what is (and what is not) permitted on your WPcom site https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/
You might want to explore moving to a self-hosted site where you can run as many ads and scripts as your web host allows. Here’s more on moving to a self-hosted WP (org) install:

Simple solution: Before anything else you will want to read again the WordPressdotcom Terms of Service and the guidelines for monetizing your WordPressdotcom I linked to earlier. https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/
Affiliate links are allowed on WordPress.com as long as the primary purpose of your blog is to create original content.
Your website is currently covered with 3rd party, affiliate advertising with direct off-site links. If you do not adhere to the ToS and requirements for affiliate advertising, your site will get suspended.
Again, if you wish to run only affiliate advertising without creating any original content, then you will want to look at moving to a self-hosted install of the standalone WP software.
