  i want to register my blog to the Philippine Blog Awards. To complete my registration, i need to insert this code in my homepage:

  Add a text widget to your sidebar, and just add the code to the text widget.

  you would insert that code into the text widget in the sidebar

  i am trying to enter this code but it is not publishing
