how to insert sqeeze page in my blog

hello every body i have recently created my first content that i just end , i want to set squeeze page on the page but i dont know how to do, i have runned all the video on youtube about the topic but what i have remarked is that my wordpress does not contains the plugging button i dont know why, can someone help me? in fact i have two serious problems one is to insert”all in one seo pack and the other is the squeez page. i have already my getresponse chosen the landing page” cod” but now how to insert in wordpress??

I appears that you are running a self hosted installation of WordPress. I would suggest that you post your question on the WordPress.org forums in regards to implementing a squeeze page / plugin.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

im agree with you but i dont have wordpress.org account the one im using is wordpress.com but hosted anywhere .
tell me if i create wordpress.org account that wont affect my wordpress.com account existant? as i have already my contents in -
