how to instal php plugin on wordpress?

  is there any way to instal php plugins in wordpress? i have tired almost everything with no result. on my dashboard in wordpress, i dont have a option to select plugins on the left of the screen per this picture in the link.

  Hi there. It is not possible to install any plugins on WordPress.com and there is no upgrade that will give you that ability: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  Notice that the link you provided says wordpress.ORG in the URL, not wordpress.COM. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Additionally, we don’t have any FTP access on WordPress.com, so there is no way whatsoever to edit the php files on this platform: http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
