How to install a downloaded theme?

  I downloaded a theme and it says you can install it in the admin but i don’t know how. Can someone help

  Hi there, while you can activate any of the 350+ free and Premium themes in our Theme Showcase or in your site’s dashboard, we WordPressdotcom users cannot upload and install any other 3rd party theme. 3rd party themes can be installed on standalone WP (org) sites.
