how to install a new theme ?

    i am trying to install a new theme, i have a free member account, and i want to install a SYDNEY theme ( free one ) but i can not do it….
    can some one help me pls ??
    i watch video about it but i should have a ‘ preference tab ‘ but i don’t have it and in the ‘ customize theme ‘ tab it does not allow me to.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    Sydney is third party theme and you can install third party themes only with WordPress.com Business plan.

    There are plenty of free themes available in WordPress.com and to browse go to the Theme Showcase or My Sites → Themes (Next to Customize).

    Click on the three dots to the right of the theme’s name, and then click on Try & Customize. If you like what you see, click the Save & Activate button in the top left corner of the Customizer window.
