how to install a plugin

  im trying to add a plugin and it says i need to go to the wordpress plugin panel but i dont have it

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t. wordpress.com blogs do not have FTP access and plugins cannot be uploaded into them.

  If you wish to have a blog you can uplaod themes, plugins, etc. into then you will have to hire a web host and get a free sofware install for self hosting from http://wordpress.org The two are very different and you can read the differences here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ or in the sticky post at the head of the forum.
