How to install a plugin on the site itself

  Hello!

  I do not have WordPress installed on my Mac. Is it possible to install a Plugin directly to the site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:

  salut j’ai installe worpress sur mon ordi et j’aimerais installe des plugins..comment faire
