How to install a Plugin/How to upload to plugins directory

    I want to use the CommentLuc Plugin. This instructions say:

    Installation Instructions:

    Download
    unzip
    upload folder to plugins directory
    Activate
    Check the settings page

    How do I upload to the plugins directory? Is that only for wordpress.ORG users? I have a wordpress.COM blog…

    Please, someone give me instruction. I’m a total newbie, although I have figured out widgets and RSS feeds over the last few days, so I’m not totally hopeless, I guess…?

    Plugins are ONLY for use at wordpress.org, sorry.
