  Hello, I am new here in wordpress. Can anyone help me how to install a theme come from http://www.kawaiithemes.com?
  Please, i really want to use one of there themes :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot install themes here in wordpress.com.

  I noticed that you posted this in the CSS forum. Please note that buying the CSS upgrade does not give you the ability to upload themes from outside WordPress.com. It does give you the ability to customize an existing theme or write a stylesheet from scratch using either sandbox or toolbox theme.

  Ask for a refund, quickly. WP will refund things if you ask promptly.

  Doesn’t the Upgrade page say you can’t install themes? I thought it did.

  Also note there is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot edit themes or templates. The CSS editing can only affect appearance and not functionality. You can request a refund yourself directly from your Dashboard.
