How to install a theme?

  I have purchased a theme and it states that i can install it in wordpress so i can make changes, etc. i have been following the instructions but the option to install theme is not there. please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You are not able to upload custom themes here on WordPress.com.

  If you had a self hosted site, then you would have that ability.

  But when i purchased the theme from another website it stated that I can make the modifications in wordpress.
  Is this now wrong?

  If you read something stating you could upload a theme that you have purchased outside of WordPress.com, then that is incorrect information. You aren’t able to upload themes here.

  Is it possible you confused WordPress.com with WordPress.org?

  Did you look over the information in the links I provided previously?
