How To Install a Theme?

Hi I’m thinking of buying a Woo theme (called Gazette) that’s not listed on WP. But then how do I go about installing it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer:

Thanks for the super fast repy. So to my understanding.
1. Get a host that supports WP like Bluehost.
2. WP will help me transfer the files over to new host.
3. Install theme into Bluehost via FTP.With Bluehost all of the WP functionality will be supported correct?

1 and 3 are correct.
As for 2, if you’re interested, we do offer an upgrade called Guided Transfer (available in the Store section of your blog’s Dashboard) where we take care of everything for you: http://en.support.wordpress.com/guided-transfer/
Otherwise, you’ll need to install WordPress from http://wordpress.org/ on a hosting provider. We have some recommendations at http://get.wp.com/hosting/
Once that’s done, you can move your content following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
