How to Install A theme

    I have purchased a WordPress theme from themeforest called Swag. It says to install it, to:

    access your wp-admin, go to Appearence > Themes > Install Themes > Upload
    select the swag.zip from the theme folder
    activate

    I cannot find where to install under themes. Please advise

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    For security and quality concerns, we don’t allow plugins or themes that aren’t in our http://themes.wordpress.com directory on WordPress.com.

    Third-party themes can be used on WordPress.org, the free software that you can use on the hosting service of your choice. More about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org can be found at WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
