how to install a theme developed by another party

  I do not find the links which according to their site are needed to install a free theme called terrifico.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot install themes from external sources on a WordPress.com blog. It is too big a security risk, and we don’t have access to the php files to get the job done anyway.

  This theme is called terrifico. It has instructions for wordpress instalation. These instructions are what I have difficulty with. Additionally, the theme is mentioned by Forbes magazine as one of the best free WordPress themes of 2013. It would be great if you could check out the theme and let me know.

  Why would I do that? It cannot be installed on WordPress.com. There is no version of it which is WordPress.com-compatible.
