How to install a theme I've downloaded for wordpress from another site?

  I need to know how to install themes downloaded from other website, I have the theme as a folder, I google it and find that it is an ” install theme” in appearances, but I can’t find it :s

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m not sure if this is right but on your dashboard have you looked under appearance -> custom design? It gives 3 options on how to do a custom design.
