How to install buddypress – it doesn't function

  I’m Going to install buddypress on irrenfamilie.wordpress.com/wp-content/plugins/ but there is only “Our server sentries tell us you should probably not be here. Maybe you are lost?”

  irrenfamilie.wordpress.com/wp-content/plugins/ is not something you are allowed to access. We can’t install plugins on our WordPress.com blogs. They only work on WordPress.ORG blogs.

  But in there is under DASHBOARD a topic “Verbindungen
