How to install custom theme

    Can anyone please tell how do i change the theme of my wordpress blog. I dont have wordpress installation and i am using it in the default worpress host. There are only a limited number of themes available here and i want to get a custom theme..
    Plz some suggestions…

    You can’t get a custom theme on a WordPress.com site. If you know CSS well and have solid graphic design skills, you can purchase the CSS upgrade and adapt an existing theme here, but that depends entirely on your own level of ability. The themes you find elsewhere are for WordPress.ORG sites.
