  I want to install a ‘donate’ plugin and I cant.

  There is no FTP access and there is no blogger installed plugin capability on WordPress.com hosted blogs like http://chapmanhumanism.wordpress.com/

  The code provided by PayPal will not work. This code will work http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/ provided you do not free form anything and add anything to it ie. follow it to the letter.
