how to install envato wordpress theme on my blog

I bought a wordpress theme from themeforest/ envato and i want to install the theme on my wordpress blog but i dont find any option how to install. how do i do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes purchased elsewhere can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com, but we offer over 210 themes, both free themes and premium themes created by leading theme companies! You can view all of our themes at http://theme.wordpress.com/ and filter them by specific criteria under “Find a Theme”.
