How to install FRESHY theme?

  I have a new site http://www.mjdrurylaw.com, I installed FRESHY theme however it won’t allow me to change the header, there’s no HEADER menu under APPEARANCE. I downloaded the theme from other website coz FRESHY doesn’t show on my dashboard list of themes.

  http://www.mjdrurylaw.com is not a wordpress.com site. For help with that you’ll have to ask at wordpress.ORG.

  Exactly what 1tess said; you’ve reached support for the free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Your site is a self-hosted installation of WordPress, available at WordPress.org. If you’re having problems with a site not hosted with WordPress.com, we may not be able to help. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
