How to install horizontal popular post plugin in header

  Hi,
  I am a wordpress user i am facing a problem in wordpress i want to add popular post plugin in header but i could not install. i have tried many plugins but they did not working or i want those plugin that shows posts in horizontal view,

  i have tried this two plugins.
  1) WordPress Jcarousel Post Slider
  2) Carousel Horizontal Posts Content Slider
