How to install My Community Widget?

  I know this is probably going to sound stupid, but I just don’t understand… I’d really like to add the My Community widge to my blog, beauty-junkie.fragile-things.com, but I don’t know how.

  The widget is not available to add to the sidebar on my widgets screen. So, I presumed I had to download it as a plugin first, but there is no download for a plugin? I don’t understand how I add it to my blog. x.x Please humour me.
