How to install plug-in into my blogs

  I’m writing blogs and want to download two plug-ins, namely all-in-one-seo-pack and plug ins sociable. I’ve downloaded them into My Documents and from here, I need assistance on how to install into my blogs.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot install plugins on wordpress.com blogs.
