I can’t found the plugin tab. If so, how I can install a new plugin?
In this case, may be I can choose a plugin from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ ?
On the previous version I can found this plugin tab.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t install a plug-in on a wordpress.com site. This is a multi-user blogging platform, so our options are determined by wordpress.com. There are many widgets that we can use, and we can often use html in text widgets to achieve an effect of a plug-in. There are other kinds of work-arounds that people might be able to help you with if you said what you want to accomplish.

So is it not possible to include streaming video such as an audio playlist from mixpod.com? When I go to grab the code from mixpod to input it on my site, it asks for WordPress login and posts so it seems to work, however only a link. What is the widget workaround to get an audio playlist to work on wordpress.com sites?

http://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/Streaming video, at least what I understand as streaming video, isn’t possible — perhaps someone else might be able to help you with that more.
